***Nitrous oxide Gas is escaping from the head screws into the body
This is likely caused by a damaged or missing silicone head seal. These are available as a spare part on the website. It may also be caused by a damaged thread. Please inspect the thread of the head and the cream whipper dispenser regularly. If they are damaged you must stop using the whipper. To check with the cream whipped dispenser supplier about where the problem.
*** No cream comes out of the cream whipper dispenser and no gas comes out of the dispenser valve.
The outlet valve is likely to be blocked. Cream may have set in the valve blocking it. The whipped dispenser can't be added any solid ingredients like granulated sugar or chocolate flakes, These solids will block the valve.
You need dismantle the dispenser valve to clean it by taking off the head valve. However you must release the pressure in the whipper first, Which let the the gas out.
If the outlet dispenser valve is blocked you should unblock it first by unscrewing the nut and then poke a small hole into the valve to allow the gas out, You can use the trigger to release the gas.
Then push the valve out from the outlet valve. wash in warm water and clean using the brush that comes with the whipper dispenser.
***Only nitrous oxide gas comes out of the whipper.
This is probably because the cream is too thick, It cant be whipped. So we need focus on the amount of adding liquid cream.,.
one 0.5L liquid cream under One 8g N2O cream canister can whip about 1.5L solid cream. Be careful not to overfill. Excess cream will easily block the dispenser valve. If the liquid cream is too small, the oil content in it will be very low, and the whipped cream will be very thin.
*** Whipped Cream comes out too runny.
Make sure you are using whipped cream dispenser. If you are using whipped dispenser, then you probably haven't shaken the whipper enough - please shake it vigorously about 10 times to thicken the cream. Also if you shake the cream too much in the whipper it may set.So need take more careful about the shaken time.
After using the N2O cream chargers to whip the cream,Please ensure that you clean the whipped cream dispenser after every time use.
